Hi Angela, Thank you for checking in. My curls are doing well and feeling a lot lighter! I’m very pleased with my haircut. I had a really great overall experience. I struggle a lot with a sensitive scalp and many of my past haircut appointments with other stylists or salons have left me in tears with the rough tugging but I felt comfortable with your hair cutting approach and appreciated how gentle you were with my hair. You constantly asked me questions about my current hair routine without judgement and went out of your way to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend The Curl Ambassadors to any of my friends. My stylist has always been Orlena, and she has done such an incredible job! I was at a loss of how to deal with my hair before meeting her, and not only did her cut give my hair a ton of body and volume, but she also gave me the best hair care tips, and has always followed up to see how my curls are doing and to answer any questions. The salon itself is also a very warm and inviting place, and I always look forward to my appointments. I reccomend both the salon and Orlena wholeheartedly! 🙂

I had an amazing experience at The Curl Ambassadors Curly Hair Salon From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I went in for a trim, some color, and a new style, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The stylist's took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made great suggestions to complement my hair type and personal style. The trim was perfect—exactly what I needed to get rid of split ends without losing any length. As for the color, they blended it so beautifully—it looks vibrant, natural, and full of dimension. The styling was the cherry on top! I left the salon with hair that felt healthy, bouncy, and styled to perfection. I walked out feeling like a million bucks, and it’s safe to say I’ll be returning for all my future hair needs. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for skilled professionals who truly know how to make you look and feel your best!

Hi Sheradan! Thank you for your follow up email! My curls lasted so long! I was able to enjoy them on my event this past Sunday and they looked amazing! They didn’t get as big or expand as much as thought when they dried, but they really held on to that day one look. So they looked really moisturized and healthy which I love. Oh my goodness I had an incredible experience! Seriously top notch! You were so informative and gave me so much advice, walking me through every step. I don't really have much feedback on anything that could be done differently, the whole experience was really really great! Hi Carolina, I saw Carolina in November 2024 to finally learn how to take care of and style my curly hair. It only took me 49 years to do this! I love my curls and I’ve been able to maintain them and implement a routine for washing and styling my hair. I get my hair cut by Sara at the Pickering location and every time I go, I have a great experience! Not only does Sara seem to have the magic touch when it comes to my insanely thick, long hair, she's fun to chat with and always gives me styling tips and tricks. Everyone at the Pickering location is extremely friendly as well, I love going to get my haircut and would recommend the Curl Ambassadors to any wavy/curly haired person out there!
