Hey Olivia Sorry for the slow reply! My curls are looking great, I learned so much during our appointment and I definitely wasn't using enough product haha. I don't really have much feedback on anything that could be done differently, the whole experience was really really great! I appreciated how you walked me through exactly what you were doing step by step, let me feel my hair at different stages to see how it's meant to feel and gave me a super detailed info sheet at the end. Hi Carolina, I saw Carolina in November 2024 to finally learn how to take care of and style my curly hair. It only took me 49 years to do this! I love my curls and I’ve been able to maintain them and implement a routine for washing and styling my hair. I’m so grateful for the education she provided about my curls and how to properly maintain the health of my hair type. I would definitely recommend The Curl Ambassadors to anyone with curly hair.

I get my hair cut by Sara at the Pickering location and every time I go, I have a great experience! Not only does Sara seem to have the magic touch when it comes to my insanely thick, long hair, she's fun to chat with and always gives me styling tips and tricks. Everyone at the Pickering location is extremely friendly as well, I love going to get my haircut and would recommend the Curl Ambassadors to any wavy/curly haired person out there!
