There is a cancellation fee of $75 with less than a minimum of 24 hours notice. Our Industry remains with some restrictions which means every appointment spot is even more important and giving us as much notice as possible is really appreciated.

Our online Form does ask a few questions! Primarily, as our guests come to rely on us for being so upfront and transparent as we can make a strong estimate on how long their visit will be with and so we can respect their time as well. And… when it comes to colour, the additional questions and pictures help us narrow cost of service upfront so that our guests never feel there are ‘those surprises’. Depending on the colour service, the technique used, it may take more or less time and we like to get that right for you. We also take on the additional responsibility to ensure the next guest is not waiting. So calculating timing is always significant for us. 😊
