I had my first cut with Roxanna last week. She knew exactly what I needed and gave me the BEST haircut I have ever had. I knew it was good before I left so booked my next cut. I have been coming to Paola for close to 2 years. I started with her after a traumatic experience at another salon. Being hesitant to try a new stylist, Paola couldn’t have been more receptive, patient, knowledgeable (20 years of experience) and helpful. She is the only stylist I trust to cut and colour my hair as a curly- haired individual. She spends the time before each session consulting with me and asking me my goals for my hair. She prioritizes hair health and tells me honestly what would work for my hair. She takes such care to ensure that I feel confident in any service I’m getting and always follows up with me to see how I’m enjoying my new style. I’ve recommended her to family and friends who have also gone to see her and have always had positive experiences. Today, I had a cut and colour with her and I loved my results! Quyana was professional and very knowledgeable throughout my whole service. She educated me on how to care for my curls and shared products, tips and tricks I could implement into my routine that would save me time and money. I just want to thank Inna! She took so much time to talk to me about my hair and of course the cut and style. I’ve never had a curly hair cut, so this was a new experience! My curl changed from a 2b to a 3a, beacause of the cut! The directions and suggestions for how to take care of my hair were all written out, and suggested products as well. So happy I made the special trip to Vaughan for my hair appt. I will definitely follow up with Inna in June for my next appt. My only suggestion is that the salon has hair product choices to buy, when a first time client walks in…. Makes it easier to follow a hair ‘wash day’ routine with all the product, right from the beginning. But Inna was truly wonderful, and the total experience was perfect! Thankyou so much.

I was cutting trims for years from my regular hairdresser but she is sick and my hair was in desperate need of a cut. My hair is a kinky curl and its been very thin but it's been finally growing so it was all over the place uneven and no shape and my curls were not curling anymore. I was very nervous because its finally grew not a lot but still didn't want to loose it. I have had hairdressers not know how to cut my hair so that was my biggest worry. I had Toni and I was asking her lots of questions about my hair and she answered them all easily. I bought the hair products that she recommended and I booked another appointment in September.

I've been to the curl ambassadors a couple of times and I've always been happy with the end results. When I get cuts, they know exactly what they are doing and are very attentive and thorough when it comes to curl type, products, what will work, and what won't. The products they use are high quality and they spend time and effort in ensuring that the cuts are exactly what the customer wants. I always leave with refreshed curls that look healthier and a cut that I love. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place, it's amazing

I love Curl Ambassadors. Toni is magical with her scissors. I cut my hair short and will never go back to long again. My hair now has body and style. Toni makes me feel like a model. All the girls there are lovely.
