I just wanted to take the time and let you know I love It here. My stylist Shemiann is exceptional and amazing at what she does. I have had the pleasure to be with with all of the stylists, Francesca and Leah as well, and it has been wonderful each and every time. Sandra at the front, Customer Service is also so helpful and always so accommodating. I've been to the downtown location because I live downtown and I have to say they were also great. I just have an attachment now to the Vaughan location and I will travel here instead. Going to a stylist is like going to a doctor. They both have the ability to make you feel good. And I always feel great here. The energy within the salon is always so upbeat and happy, and I just love everyone that's what keeps me coming back.

My experience at the Vaughn location was amazing ! Unfortunately I had to do a big chop with my hair being down to my butt to a little past my shoulders , but I had bleached my hair so bad that it needed the cut and my curls were amazing ! The style gave my hair life and helped it grow out faster and my curls have never looks so great. They kept my hair thick (I hate when salons thin out my hair) and kept my layers nice & long. Can't wait to come back !

To everyone who helped entangle and revive my son’s hair on Thursday evening: A huge Thank you again, from a very happy kid and a very happy mum. He is thrilled with his hair, and hasn’t stopped admiring it. The strong silent guy was just an act – he was bubbling over all the way home, thanking me for taking him for proper cut, saying how nice you all were, how great his hair looked and felt – and looking forward to all the attention he’ll get from the older girls at his summer camp. When we discovered that I’d left his bag of hair products on the streetcar, he practically had an end of the world melt-down. I’ve promised to rush over there right away to buy what he needs to keep his hair healthy. I’m still awestruck at your incredible patience, and can’t thank you enough for staying so late to deal with this mess, and not just shaving it all off. Amazing!

Great experience - my appointment was on time. I did have to wait a while to get my appointment rebooked however that was understandable during the lockdown. I originally had my appointment with Sheridan however I desperately needed a haircut as my hair was becoming split at the ends so I had changed to another stylist Inna. I did like the products that were used to wash and she was very knowledgeable and helpful during the consultation. The salon didn't have very many people inside so I felt very safe during my appointment. The cut was nice - a little short for my liking however I did have bleached ends which likley caused the breakage at the end. I was a bit unsatisfied in the way my roots looked as it was flat even after drying. I felt that Sheradan did a better job in terms of having more definition in the curls. It's a great location overall I would recommend.

I was scared because I’m never really happy after a trim. But I’ve had a lot of breakage and knew I had to something. Dry cuts for curly hair is all over social media so this was my last shot. Shanica was amazing and so pleasant. Gave me some good tips for at home, showed me and explained exactly what she doing before. Result - no more stringy blah curls. My shape is fun and cute - love it and her !
