Stylist Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply The Curl Ambassadors Dry-Cut CurlyTM trademark cut and styling method.
- Formulating and applying color/highlights and treatments.
- Develop expert product knowledge for discussion with customers
- Keep salon areas neat, clean, stocked, and organized
- Learn and deliver The Curl Ambassadors Experience winning formulas.
- Attend paid education classes, team meeting and participate in coaching and development sessions focused on professional growth
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Targets; Retention, Prebooks and Retail Performance.
- Understand and utilize the Client data base as needed
