I have been coming to Paola for close to 2 years. I started with her after a traumatic experience at another salon. Being hesitant to try a new stylist, Paola couldn’t have been more receptive, patient, knowledgeable (20 years of experience) and helpful. She is the only stylist I trust to cut and colour my hair as a curly- haired individual. She spends the time before each session consulting with me and asking me my goals for my hair. She prioritizes hair health and tells me honestly what would work for my hair. She takes such care to ensure that I feel confident in any service I’m getting and always follows up with me to see how I’m enjoying my new style. I’ve recommended her to family and friends who have also gone to see her and have always had positive experiences. Today, I had a cut and colour with her and I loved my results! Her work is unparalleled and I truly appreciate the confidence she gives me in wearing my hair curly! I am so happy with the service, support and curl-ducation I've received so far at The Curl Ambassadors. I went to 'Another Curl Salon', in the East end and had the worst service ever. The Curl Ambassadors, in two appointments, have come in at a lower cost, with an easy-to-learn and manage style AND with lay-person-easy techniques for on-going curl health. I'm never looking anywhere else for my hair.

I have just started to embrace my natural curl, When I arrived the staff was so kind and welcoming. Sara did my hair she is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step. I left the salon feeling fantastic my hair had never been as curly as it was, it felt soft and light. I’m excited for this new hair journey.

Quyana was professional and very knowledgeable throughout my whole service. She educated me on how to care for my curls and shared products, tips and tricks I could implement into my routine that would save me time and money. She also made great conversation throughout the whole appointment. Quyana made sure to only cut what was necessary while still giving me a good length and shape. I just want to thank Inna! She took so much time to talk to me about my hair and of course the cut and style. I’ve never had a curly hair cut, so this was a new experience! My curl changed from a 2b to a 3a, beacause of the cut! The directions and suggestions for how to take care of my hair were all written out, and suggested products as well. So happy I made the special trip to Vaughan for my hair appt. I will definitely follow up with Inna in June for my next appt. My only suggestion is that the salon has hair product choices to buy, when a first time client walks in…. Makes it easier to follow a hair ‘wash day’ routine with all the product, right from the beginning. But Inna was truly wonderful, and the total experience was perfect! Thankyou so much.
